Physical health is probably the most popular amongst the areas of holistic health. Physical health is the maintenance of health through good nutrition and exercise, and avoiding harmful activities. The aspect includes heart health, skin health, cardiovascular health and more.


There are many ways to increase the health of the physical body. Two of the more prominent ways are through nutrition and exercise. Nutrition is  the single most important aspect of physical health. Nutritious foods are foods that nurture the cells which allows the body to function at its highest potential. Another key aspect of physical health is exercise. To exercise is to keep the body moving. Exercise can consist of movements such as weight lifting, walking, jogging, and dancing. The body is not meant to be stationary for a long time. Movement will ensure that the blood and energy continues to circulate within the system smoothly. So get up and move! =)
